No is Never An Answer
John Segal

In today’s world of big business medicine “NO” is the most common answer heard. Commercial payers, government health programs, hospitals & ASCs all seek ways to reduce outlays; the easiest (and most profitable) path for them is to say no to you and your patients.

Redirecting that “NO” takes pleasantness, perseverance and persistence. Turning that NO into a YES is profitable for your practice. But dealing with this simple two-letter word extends far beyond finding more dollars. Eliminate NO from your vocabulary and watch productivity and attitude soar both in the office and at home.
