Senate Bill 1201, legislation which seeks to allow early eye drop refills was recently introduced. SB 1201 will allow individuals with a prescription eye drops to refill at 70% the original length of the prescription. This legislation will bring Pennsylvania in line with 29 other states and guidance from CMS.
